Rosewood Residences is located in Nyarutarama, Gasabo, just 1 km from the Rwanda Development Board(RDB), a 3-minute drive to Kigali Golf Course and within walking distance of numerous fine restaurants and shopping venues. The structural work of Rosewood Phase I has been completed in April 2025 and it is now completed and functional. Rosewood Residences Phase I is a 5-storey building featuring a ground floor with covered parking, an indoor swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a restaurant and 33 apartment units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Rosewood Residences Phase II is currently in the design stage and is scheduled to be launched in the second half of 2026.
